我国体育经纪人管理体系的构建

摘　　要：我国体育经纪人的发展出现各种各样的问题,体育经纪人的管理问题已经引起国家行政管理部门的重视。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对体育经纪人的管理体系,以及管理体系中各子系统的运行,管理的目标、手段、实现方式等理论问题进行系统、深入的研究。期望为体育经纪人管理体制、管理制度和法规的健全和完善,体育经纪人的管理体系的建立、健全,体育经纪人的发展和体育经纪活动的良性、有序开展提供参考和理论依据。研究结果表明,我国体育经纪人的管理体系应包括管理立法系统、管理组织系统、监督系统、信息系统4个系统。The sports agent＇s development in China brings out various problems, and the sports agent＇s management already leads to the State Administration Department＇s attention Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, this paper studies the sports agent＇s management system, as well as in the management system various subsystems movement, managementgoal,method, realization way on the system The main purpose is to provide the reference and the theory basis for the improving sports agent management system, establishing laws and regulations sports agentmanagement system, and developing the sports agent. It concludes that our sports agent management system should include the management legislation system, the management organization system, the monitoring system and the information system.
