摘　　要：全盆底重建术(T-prolift)是一种新的治疗盆腔器官脱垂的手术方式,主要用于盆腔多器官联合缺陷。与传统的手术方法相比,T-prolift有更高的成功率,可显著提高患者的生活质量。但也时有并发症的发生。该文的目的是对全盆底重建手术的围手术期和术后远期并发症的种类、发生原因及防治方法进行分析探讨,旨在减少手术并发症,提高手术的安全性和疗效。Whole pelvic floor reconstructive surgery with Gynecare Gynemeshsoft （T-prolifl） is a new technique treated female pelvic organ prolapse （POP）. Compared with traditional surgery, significant anatomic and quality-of-life improvements among patients with POP undergoing the Prolift procedure were demonstrated. However, there were still some complications reported. The aim of this article is to analyze the types, causes, prevention and therapy of complications during and postoperative Prolift reconstructive surgery, thus to improve the safety and effects of this procedure.
