摘　　要：医用合成材料在妇产科领域里的应用改变了盆底修复手术的传统观念,除尿道中段悬吊带术(TVT/TOT等)外,近年来Prolift网片对盆底三腔室的手术修复兴起,其全新理念成为不同于任何其他术式,践行盆底解剖结构整体理论的划时代手术方法。随着该类手术在中国的应用和发展,现就目前用于妇科盆底手术的医用合成材料的主要类型、特性、适应证、禁忌证及其临床应用现状进行分析介绍。The pelvic floor reconstruction procedure has been considerable developed since the medieal synthetic material. The prolift mesh procedures with TVT/TOT, which is a new conception as a milestone of pelvic floor reconstruction on the integrate theory of pelvic floor anatomy, is introduced for pelvic floor dysfunction in China recently. This paper is focus on the types, character, the main indications and contraindications and other application situations of the medical synthetic materials widely used nowadays.
