摘  要:本文应用经典的传热学理论对各种冷渣器内的传热进行了分析和计算,认为冷渣器内空气与高温炉渣颗粒之间的对流换热系数,对冷渣器的结构设计具有决定性的作用。文章指出:高温炉渣颗粒流态化逆流空气冷却,有利于结构紧凑化设计,被加热的空气携带细渣颗拉返回循环流化床锅炉的炉膛内,有利于锅炉燃烧的稳定,有利于热效率的进一步提高;靠重力使高温炉渣颗粒流态化和靠共振控制均匀排渣的风、水冷设计,可以使冷渣器的结构走向紧凑型、节能型,简单型,应当是当前循环流化床锅炉冷渣器的理想的发展方向。Using classical theory of heat transfer to inside a variety of heat transfer of slag cooler was analyzed and calculated, the paper confirmed convection heat transfer coefficient between cold air and hot slag particles, had decisive effected on the structure of slag cooler design. The article pointed out: the fluidization of high temperature slag particles counter-current air cooling was helpful for compact structure of design. Heated air with slag particles returned furnace chamber of CFB, combustion chamber, which was beneficial to the stability and helpful for thermal efficiency improvement. It also was beneficial to the stability and further improvement of thermal efficiency. High temperature slag particles fluidized by gravity and wind, water cooling controlled by resonance, which made structure of slag cooler became more compact, more energy-efficient and simpler. It was an ideal development direction for CFB.
