摘　　要：中性粒细胞凋亡在炎症性疾病的病理过程中起到了非常重要作用.本文对中性粒细胞凋亡影响因素、凋亡调控及其与急性肺损伤、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺结核、支气管哮喘、肺囊性纤维化、肺癌、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的相互关系进行了综述,提出促进中性粒细胞凋亡的临床意义,为呼吸系统疾病治疗提供新的思路.Neutrophil apoptosis plays a very important role in the pathogenesis of inflammatory diseases. This article reviewes influence factors, regulatory mechanism of neutrophil apoptosis and the relationship between them and pulmonary diseases such as acute lung injury,COPD, tuberculosis, bronchial asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, lung cancer, sleep apnea syndrome, proposes the clinical significance of promoting neutrophil apoptosis and provides a new approach for treatment of respiratory diseases.
