摘 要:目的探讨螺旋CT在口腔埋伏牙定位中的应用价值。方法对23例埋伏牙患者行多层螺旋CT扫描,采用多平面重建法(MPR)、表面遮盖重建法(SSD)和容积再现法(VR)3种方式重建图像,显示埋伏牙的形态、位置及其与邻牙的关系。结果螺旋CT重建图像能准确显示23例患者共计28颗埋伏牙在颌骨内的数量、形态、唇腭向位置、萌出方向及其与邻牙的关系。结论螺旋CT横轴位图像与不同的重建方式联合应用是一种准确、有效的检查埋伏牙的方法。Objective To discuss the clinical value of spiral CT in locating impacted teeth.Methods 23 cases with impacted teeth were examined with spiral CT scanning,which was to demonstrate the shape and location of impacted teeth and their relationship with neighbor teeth by means of three dimensional construction including multiplanar reconstruction(MPR),surface shaded display(SSD) and volume rendering(VR).Results There were 28 impacted teeth in 23 patients.The number of impacted teeth,shape,labial or palatal lacation,eruption orientation and their relationship to adjacent teeth could be clearly demonstrate on the reconstructed three dimensional images.Conclusion The combination of CT axial images with different reconstructions is an accurate and effective method to examine impacted teeth.
