路志正教授“持中央、怡情志”学术思想在风湿病中的应用

摘　　要：路志正教授是著名的中医药学大家,临床经验丰富,在治疗慢性病和疑难病方面疗效卓著。脾胃为后天之本、气血生化之源,顾护脾胃的正常功能,在风湿病的治疗中具有重要作用;同时,情绪亦在风湿病病情的变化中占有重要地位。介绍路志正教授"持中央,怡情志"的学术思想,并就脾胃与情志的关系加以论述,以说明其在治疗风湿病中的应用。Professor LU Zhi-zheng is prominent TCM doctor,who has plentiful clinical experience,especially in treating chronic illness and the undiagnosed cases.Spleen and stomach,the foundation of person’s live,the source of produce Qi and blood,protects its normal function has the vital role in rheumatism treatment.And the emotion also holds the important status in rheumatism conditions change.We introduces professor LU Zhi-zheng’s ＂hold the central,adjust the emotion＂ theory,explain the relationship between spleen and stomach and the sentiment to expound its clinical application in treating rheumatic disease.
