中药复方体外药理研究的思考

摘　　要：中药复方是中医临床用药的主要形式,其独特的疗效和复杂性等成为中医药研究领域的热点和难点。其中,复方的体外药理研究方法一直存在很大的争议。对中药复方体外药理研究方法的存在问题进行初步综述,提出要加强中药复方体外研究需要进一步加强复方成分分析以及引进新的研究方法,以阐明复方的药理机制与物质基础,提高复方药理研究水平。Chinese herbal compound is the main prescription of traditional Chinese medicine.The unique therapeutic effects and complexity make its own become the research focus and difficulity in the academic field of traditional Chinese medicine.The problems of the pharmacological study of Chinese herbal compound in vitro over which there have been always controversy were reviewed.We propose that in order to elucidate the pharmacological mechanism of the compound and to improve the research level the components of Chinese herbal compound needs to be analyzed,and advanced approaches will be introduced.
