复方丹参滴丸联合和血明目片治疗糖尿病视网膜出血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方丹参滴丸联合和血明目片治疗糖尿病视网膜出血的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析152例(276眼)中晚期糖尿病视网膜病变患者临床资料,治疗组80例(141眼)在常规应用降血糖药物治疗的同时使用复方丹参滴丸联合和血明目片,对照组72例(135眼)常规应用降糖药控制血糖的同时口服复方丹参滴丸。通过眼底检查及荧光素眼底血管造影视力观察评价疗效,对比两组的临床效果。结果:观察组对视网膜新生血管出血的吸收效果显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸联合和血明目片能有效防止视网膜病变的发展,促进视网膜出血的吸收,抑制视网膜新生血管的形成。Objective：CSDP tablets in the treatment of joint and blood of diabetic retinal bleeding eyes and the clinical effect.Methods：Retrospective analysis of 152 patients（276 eyes） in patients with advanced diabetic retinopathy,clinical data,treatment group,80 patients（141 eyes） in the routine use of hypoglycemic drug therapy at the same time the joint use of CSDP eyesight and blood film,the control group 72 patients（135 eyes） routine use of hypoglycemic agents,while oral administration of glucose control CSDP.By fundus examination and fundus fluorescein angiography in evaluation of visual observation of efficacy,the clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results：of retinal neovascularization observed group absorption effect of bleeding was significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：CSDP eyesight joint and blood film can effectively prevent the development of retinopathy,and promote the absorption of retinal hemorrhage,retinal angiogenesis inhibition.
