摘  要:利用PSCAD/EMTDC建立输电网仿真模型、继电保护模型以及时序控制模型,完成仿真故障数据的生成和多重复杂故障、保护误动、拒动及信息丢失的模拟,并通过LabWindows/CVI编写软件,将仿真得到的各种故障数据由从机端发送至主机端,在主机端进行波形分析和数据处理。通过该平台,可以准确地模拟输电网发生各种类型故障的整个过程,模拟SCADA和RMS(保护信息管理系统)获得的故障数据。测试表明,开发的输电网故障数据模拟平台能够模拟单一和多重复杂故障、保护误动与拒动、信息丢失等实际情况,且操作简单、参数调节方便、界面直观。PSCAD/EMTDC is used to establish a simulation model of power transmission network,relay protection and timing control in this paper.With this set of model,multiple faults,protection maloperation/misstrip,information loss can be simulated and a generation of fault data is available.Then,a set of software is compiled in LabWindows/CVI,and various simulation data received from slave computer will be applied to waveform analysis and data processing at host computer finally.It is very convenient to simulate the entire process of the relay protection of power transmission network correctly after several kinds of faults,and simulate the data obtained by SCADA and RMS (Relay Management System).Test results allow us to make the conclusion that many complicated conditions,which consist of single faults,multiple faults,protection maloperation/misstrip,information loss and so on,can be simulated by this fault data simulation platform,which is easy to operate,and has some properties of convenient parameter changing and intuitive interface.
