摘　　要：从国内外健康信息标准化研制相关机构入手,包括国际标准化组织、欧洲标准化委员会以及我国的电子病历委员会、中国标准化研究院等,介绍其健康信息标准化的制定与发展现状,并针对国内健康信息标准化存在的问题提出一些建议。Starting from the related institutes which studies and formulates health information standards, including International Organization for Standardization （ ISO）, The European Committee for Standardization （ CEN）, China EHR Steering Committee, China National Institute of Standardization, etc. The paper introduces the formulating and developing situation of health information standards, puts forward some suggestions according to the existing problems in health information standardization in China.
