摘　　要：提出区域医疗信息共享平台总体架构、逻辑架构和应用架构,分析平台技术特点,在此基础上建立中山大学医疗信息共享平台功能实现模型,即在标准化前提下,以电子病历为核心,建设临床协同工作系统、医患互动系统、医疗管理系统、医疗资源信息中心及医疗信息门户网站,实现医疗资源的优化配置和有效利用。The paper proposes the overall structure, logical structure and application structure of regional medical information sharing platform, analyzes the technical features of the platform. Based on these, a model is constructed to realize the function of the medical information sharing platform in Sun Yat - sen University, namely, under the precondition of standardization, taking electronic medical records as the core, clinical collaborative working system, doctor and patient interaction system, medical management system, medical resource information center and medical information portal website are established, so as to realize the optimal allocation and effective uses of medical resources.
