摘　　要：目的：探讨改良Gamma骨钉治疗高龄股骨粗隆骨折疗效。方法：采用改良Gamma钉治疗高龄各型股骨粗隆骨折20例观察手术时间、出血量、伤口长度住院天数术后并发症及术后恢复情况。结果：随访3～15个月，平均随访6个月。术后髋关节功能优13例、良5例、差2例、优良率90％。结论：改良Gamma钉具有创伤小手术时间短，易操作、内固定可靠、符合生物力学等优点，是治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的有效方法之一。Objective： To explore the efficacy of the modified Gamma nail for the eld with femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods： 20 cases of the eld with femoral intertrochanteric were treated with modified Gamma nail. The time of operation, hemorrhage volume, the length of the wound, hospital time, postoperative complications and postoperative recovery were observed. Results： All of the patients were followed up for 3--5months, averaging six months. The excellent postoperative function of the hip was achieved in 13 patients, good in 5, poor in 2. Function recovery rate was 90%. Conclusion： Modified Gamma nail has some advantages, such as relatively small treauma, short time of operation, simple manipulation, reliable internal fixation and a good biomichanics. The technique was one of the effective measures for the old with femoral intertrochanteric fracture.
