摘　　要：数字图书馆是 2 1世纪全球文化竞争的焦点之一。中国数字图书馆是高科技的大文化工程 ,具有重要社会和经济意义。中国数字图书馆工程将建成中华文化史资源库、中华人民共和国国史资源库、中共党史资源库、中国国情资源库、中国教育资源库、中国图书馆馆藏珍品资源库等近2 0个国家级大型资源库 ,是一个百科全书式的资源库建构。目前 ,中国数字图书馆的建设已具备了丰富的信息资源和相关的技术方面的条件 ,经过努力 。Digital library is one of the main focuses of global cultural competition in the 21st century. China National Digital Library, a prject of generalised culture with high technology, has its important social and economic significance. It will be an encyclopaedic database structure, consisting of about 20 national large scale databases, including History of Chinese Culture, History of the People's Republic of China, History of the Communist Party of China, Conditions of China, Education in China, Treasures Collected in Libraries in China. The author is confident that the project will be successful,with its present available information resources and related technical conditions.
