摘　　要：三学街历史街区是西安市重要的历史地段,具有传统的街巷空间特色和民居类型,目前面临人口密度大、基础设施落后、改造资金投入大、管理立法和保护程序缺乏等问题。规划以保护为主、以更新为辅,通过制定综合的保护与更新目标,划定科学合理的保护范围,调整土地利用性质,形成五大功能分区、三级道路格局、绿化景观体系与商业体系协调、建筑风格与空间尺度统一的保护与更新规划体系,有效地保护和延续三学街历史街区的风貌和历史文脉。The Sanxue historic district has traditional streets,buildings,and public spaces,but it is threatened by problems of high density,poor infrastructure,lack of investment,and inadequate legislation and management.The preservation plan uses a system that integrates comprehensive goals,defined areas,a landscape system,and land use adjustments into five functional zones with a three tier road system.Commercial space,architectural scale and style,and spatial integration are also included.The plan will effectively preserve the historic cityscape and its traditional context.
