大遗址保护与新农村建设的协同--以汉长安城遗址区周家河湾村新农村规划为例

摘　　要：在新农村建设的热潮中,地处城市近郊的大遗址区内的一些村庄建设活动与遗址保护产生了难以协调的矛盾。针对汉长安城遗址保护与村镇发展长年来相互掣肘的窘况,遗址区内的周家河湾村新农村规划提出以遗址保护与历史展示为基本前提,以整村近地搬迁为技术路线,以遗址保护与村庄发展的协同为终极目标,通过土地功能置换与空间整合,在遗址保护与展示、历史文化民俗展示、居住环境营建与村民就业引导方面,对遗址保护与新农村建设的协同之策进行了探索。In the present wave of new rural construction,some large ruins sites conflict with village development plans.The Chang＇an ancient ruins site and Zhoujiawan village are an example of such a conflict.The Zhoujiawan new village plan preserves the historic ruins,relocates village residents,and generally coordinates preservation and development activities.The plan analyzed land use changes,spatial integration,historical preservation,cultural exhibition,living environment,and coordination between the historic site and the village.
