摘　　要：利用湖南1994～2008年的三次产业增加值与实际利用外资额数据,运用面板数据模型分析了FDI与产业结构之间的关系。研究发现,FDI显著提高了湖南三次产业的产值水平,却未能有效推动湖南产业结构的优化升级。This paper uses three industrial added values and the actual values of foreign investment in Hunan province from 1994 to 2008 to study the relationship between FDI and industrial structure by using panel data model. The result shows that FDI increased obviously the output value of Hunan three industries but failed to promote effectively the optimizing and upgrading of Hunan industrial structure.
