2008-2009年蒙城县围产儿出生缺陷监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解安徽省蒙城县出生缺陷的发生情况及产妇特征,为今后防治工作及制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法对2008年1月至2009年12月通过淮河流域出生登记管理系统收集的缺陷儿资料进行分析。结果 2008年1月至2009年12月期间出生缺陷报告发生率为22.0‰,2008年报告发生率为16.1‰,2009年报告发生率为26.9‰;男性出生缺陷报告发生率为22.9‰,高于女性的20.6‰。这些缺陷儿中出生活产儿占84.3%,产后42天内确诊559例,占91.3%。主要诊断依据为临床诊断占84.3%。诊断为出生缺陷后引产的仅占出总生缺陷的5.1%。2008年前五位缺陷种类依次为脐疝、副耳及其他畸形、神经管畸形、多/并指(趾)、马蹄足内翻,2009年前五位缺陷类型为副耳及其它畸形、脐疝、多/并指(趾)、唇/腭裂、马蹄足内翻。结论安徽省蒙城县2008和2009两年出生缺陷报告发生率均高于我国三网人群监测出生缺陷发生率,两年出生缺陷报告发生率不同,均为男高于女。脐疝、副耳及其他畸形为两年内最主要的缺陷类型。Objective Investigate the birth defects prevalence and puerpera characteristics in Mengcheng County,Anhui Province,in order to provide a scientific basis for future prevention,control work and develop interventions. Methods From January 2008 to December 2009 with a epidemiologic study to analyse birth defects. Results From January 2008 to December 2009 the birth defect rate was 22.0 ‰,the rate occurred in 2008 was16.1 ‰,2009 occurred in rate of 26.9‰; Incidence of birth defects in male 22.9‰,female 20.6‰; the defect children in the accounting for 84.3% of live-born infant; 42 days post-natal diagnosis of 559 cases accounting for 91.3%; Diagnosis is based on the clinical diagnosis,accounting for 84.3%; The induction of labor after Birth defects diagnosed only accounted for a 5.1%;In 2008 five defect types were：umbilical hernia,vice-ear and other abnormalities,neural tube defect,hyperdactylia,equinus varus; In 2009,five types of defects are：vice-ear and other abnormalities,umbilical hernia,neural tube defect,cleft lip and palate,equinus varus. Conclusions Mengcheng County of Anhui Province＇s incidence of birth defects over China＇s in 2008,2009 two years. Two years,differences in the incidence of birth defects; the incidence of birth defects in male was higher than feimale. Two years,the main types of birth defects is umbilical hernia,vice-ear and other abnormalities.
