三峡库区兴山县女性居民死因分析

摘　　要：目的分析三峡库区兴山县女性居民人群死亡特征,为制定卫生政策提供依据。方法对2005-2009年疾病死因监测数据,采用Deathreg2005死因统计分析软件和Excel软件进行描述流行病学分析。结果兴山县女性居民年均死亡率为288.11/10万,标化死亡率为273.22/10万;死亡率随年龄增长而升高,≥65岁组死亡构成比为67.26%;死亡疾病居前5位的依次为循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、损伤中毒和消化系统疾病;寿命损失年(PYLL)率居前3位的依次为循环系统疾病、损伤中毒和恶性肿瘤;宫颈癌、乳腺癌为肿瘤死亡的第3、4位;期望寿命为84.94岁。结论心、脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤等慢性病及意外伤害是女性死亡的主要疾病。Objective To analyze the female death case and its trend in the Three Gorges Area of Xingshan County,and provide data for policy-making. Method Uses the ＂Deathreg2005＂and Excel software carries on the description epidemiology analysis to 2005-2009 year disease cause of death monitor data. Result Annual average mortality rate was 288.11/105,and the standardized mortality rate was 273.22/105;The mortality rate grows along with the age growing. The proportion of death Was 67.26% in groups above 65 years old.The first five leading causes of death according to mortality rate were circulatory disease,respiratory disorder,malignant tumor,damage poison and digestive disease. The first three causes of death according to PYLL rate were circulatory disease,damage poison and malignant tumor,The third and fourth cause of death among malignant tumor were cervical cancer and breast cancer.the average life expectancy was 84.94. Conclusions Chronic illness and so on heart,cerebrovascular disease,malignant tumor and accidental injury were the major diseases which endanger the female health.
