摘　　要：本文通过对16份来自全国机构的查新报告进行归纳、分析，总结出撰写查新结论常用的三段式及其特点，并针对报告中出现的问题进行探讨，期望通过实例分析，进一步贯彻《细则》中的规范化要求，提高查新结论撰写的质量。In order to implement the standard demands of the Regulation and to improve the writing quality of im formation retrival conclusion, the three - paragraph pattern and its characteristics in writing information retrieval conclusion were concluded by way of summing up and analyzing 16 retrival reports from different retrival organization all over the country and some problems existing in these reports were approched.
