摘　　要：为了在纺纤维素纤维纱时合理搭配钢领与钢丝圈,提高生产效率、成纱质量,降低生产成本,分析了钢领、钢丝圈对成纱质量的影响及纺纤维素纤维纱的要求,重点从要求、选型及维护、保养等方面阐述了钢领、钢丝圈的选配、使用以及两者相互配套的原则、系列化、磨合、管理等,指出:高精密合金钢钢领配弓形截面或瓦楞形截面钢丝圈是纺制纤维素纤维的最佳选择。In order to properly select the ring and the traveller in spinning of the cellulose fiber, upgrading production rate, spinning quality and lowering production cost,analysis is done to the impact of the ring and the traveller on the spinning quality as well as the specfication of cellulose fiber. Highlight is given to selection, application of the ring and the traveller regarding specification, selection, maintenance and overhauling including inter-containing, serial, grinding-in and management. Conclusion is made that the best assembly of the ring and the traveller is that of the hi-precison ring of alloy steel with bow-sectioned or tile sectioned traveller.
