摘 要:煤矿安全预评价是一个确定、不确定系统分析难题。文章探讨了基于集对联系数和分段三角模糊数耦合的煤矿安全预评价模型,即基于待评样本与评价标准构成集对多元联系数,来定量描述评价指标样本与评价标准等级之间的隶属不确定性和评价标准界限值的模糊性,并采用分段三角模糊数刻画集对差异度分量系数的连续变化过程和模糊性,以便于操作和工程应用,进而构造结合评价指标权重的煤矿安全预评价数学模型。实例应用表明,该评价模型应用于煤矿安全预评价过程直观、计算简便,且结果更客观合理。The pre-evaluation of coal mine safety is a certain and uncertain system problem. In this paper, a novel coupled model of set pair analysis(SPA) and piecewise triangular fuzzy number(PTFN) is proposed for pre-evaluation of coal mine safety. According to the set pair consisted of the measured values of evaluation index and grade classification criteria, a multi-element connection number is introduced to depict the uncertainty of membership relation between the measured index value and the grade classification criteria, and the fuzziness of classification limit. The triangular fuzzy number is used to describe the continuous changing process and fuzziness of the component coefficients of discrepancy degree, which is convenient to operate and apply to engineering. Combined with the evaluation index weights, a mathematical model for the pre-evaluation of coal mine safety is established. The application examples show that this proposed model is intuitional and simple, and the results are more objective and reasonable.
