摘 要:采用XRD、SEM和DSC-TG等测试方法研究不同粉磨时间下石膏(β-半水石膏)-粉煤灰胶结料的流动度、凝结时间、强度、耐水性能以及粉磨对胶结料水化的影响。结果表明:粉磨增大了石膏粉煤灰胶结料的比表面积,降低了胶结料的流动度,缩短了凝结时间;粉磨对胶结料3 d干/湿强度和软化系数的改善效果并不明显,但可大幅提高胶结料28 d抗压强度、湿抗折强度和软化系数,改善胶结料的耐水性;粉磨后的胶结料在水化后期生成更多的钙矾石等水化产物,提高了石膏粉煤灰胶结料颗粒的活性。The fluidity,setting time,strength,water resistance and hydration products of gypsum(β-hemihydrate gypsum)-fly ash binding material under different grinding time were investigated by using XRD,SEM,DSC-TG and other testing methods.The results show that grinding reduces the fluidity of the binding material and shortens its setting time as the specific surface area of the gypsum-fly ash binding material is increased,and that grinding has little effect on the 3 d strength and softening coefficient of the binding material,however,it significantly improves its 28 d compressive,wet bending strength and softening coefficient,especially for its water resistance.More ettringite and other hydration products are generated in the post-hydration because grinding increases the activity of the binding material particles.
