摘 要:在固定床反应器上进行4种温度下的碳烟等温燃烧反应,计算碳烟燃烧速率,当温度升高至420℃时,燃烧速率增为0.266μmol.min-1;采用近似方法将等温碳烟燃烧动力学方程简化成线性方程,对所得燃烧速率作线性回归分析,结果得到碳烟燃烧表观活化能Ea为128.9 kJ.mol-1,接近文献报道值,表明稳态等温氧化反应可用于碳烟燃烧动力学分析。The steady isothermal reactions of soot combustion at four different temperatures were performed in a fixed-bed flow reactor,and the rates of isothermal soot combustion were obtained.With increasing temperature,the rate increases,up to 0.266 μmol·min-1 at 420 ℃.The kinetic equation of isothermal soot combustion was simplified into a linear equation using approximation method.The rates of isothermal soot combustion at various temperatures were analyzed by the linear regression with the linear equation.Hence,the apparent activation energy for soot combustion was calculated to be 128.9 kJ·mol-1,which is near to that of the literature result.The method is effective for the analysis of soot combustion kinetics.
