摘　　要：质量保证设计(DFQ)是将质量保证和质量管理融入到产品设计中的一种新的设计方法。深入分析产品设计各阶段对材料质量信息的需求,建立支持保质设计的材料信息模型。考虑到材料质量信息与CAD/CAPP/ERP/PDM等应用系统集成方便,提出基于STEP的材料信息模型。Design for Quality （DFQ） is a new design method that integrates the quality assurance and quality management into product design. The needs for material quality information at the different stages are analyzed in depth and the model of material information supporting the design for quality established. For convenience of integration of the material quality information and the application system CAD/CAPP/ERP/PDM, a STEP-based material information model is presented.
