摘 要:采用Gleebe-3500热模拟机、金相显微镜和X-射线衍射等方法,试验研究了不同热处理工艺对冷轧含P—Ti—VTRIP钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在760—800℃之间,随退火温度的升高,铁素体含量减少,而贝氏体含量和屈服强度增加;在两相区退火温度一定的情况下,随着贝氏体等温温度的升高,残余奥氏体量先增加后减少;在退火温度800℃、贝氏体等温温度420℃时,试验钢获得最佳的强塑积,为24544MPa%。The influence of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of cold rolling TRIP (transformation induced plasticity) steel sheets containing P-Ti-V was investigated by using the heat simulator Gleebe-3500, optical microscopy and X-ray diffraction measurements. Results showed that with the increasing of annealing temperature within 760 - 800 ℃, the ferrite volume fraction decreased, while the volume fraction of bainite and yield strength increased. At certain intercritical annealing temperature, with the increasing of isothermal bainitic transformation temperature, the volume fraction of austenite increased first and then decreased. At annealing temperature of 800 ℃ and bainitic transformation temperature of 420 ℃, the obtained maximum value of product of strength and ductility was 24 544 MPa%.
