茄子砧木“优力加”的组培快繁技术研究

摘　　要：以茄子嫁接优良砧木品种"优力加"的种子为材料,对其组培快繁技术进行了研究。结果表明:MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.02 mg/L+蔗糖25 g/L+琼脂7 g/L是"优力加"较适宜的增殖培养基,增殖率高,组培苗生长健壮;1/2 MS+IBA 0.1 mg/L是其适宜的生根培养基,生根迅速,质量好。‘Youlijia’ was used as stock of eggplant, studied the technique of tissue culture and propagation of it through using seeds as explants. The results showed that MS＋6-BA 2. 0 mg/L ＋NAA 0. 02 mg/L was the optimum multiplication culture medium, the ratio of multiplication was high and the growth of seedlings was haleness; 1/2 MS＋ IBA 0. 1 mg/L was the optimum culture medium of taking roots, the roots grew rapidly and the quality was good.
