摘　　要：英国和瑞典开展卫生技术评估较为成熟。对两国卫生技术评估的发展历程和主要机构进行回顾,希望从中汲取经验,进而对我国卫生技术评估的的发展起借鉴作用。With similar health services systems, Britain and Sweden are both the countries to implement universal health care system, and successful examples of carrying out health technology assessment. The paper introduced the development and main agencies of these two countries in HTA. We hope that the experiences of HTA development from these two countries can promote the development of HTA in China.
