摘　　要：目的通过研究18家医院10种病例病人住院费用及床日费用的影响因素,探讨其共性影响因素。方法利用多元直线回归,就2008年全国18家医院10种病例进行分析。结果研究表明,影响病人住院费用的主要共性因素有住院天数及年龄,而住院天数的共性因素为术前天数及年龄。结论本次基于多家医院多个病种的研究结论可信度高。Objective To explore common factors through analyzing the influence factors on length of stay and hospital costs of 10 single diseases in 18 hospitals. Method Data on 10 single diseases in 18 hospitals in 2008 were analyzed and multiple linear regression method was performed to analyze influence factors. Result The results showed that age and length of stay were the common factors influenced hospitalization cost ; meanwhile, age and length before operation were the common factor influenced the length of stay in the hospitals. Conclusion The conclusion is creditable due to the study based on multi - hospitals and multiple diseases.
