摘　　要：以排队论理论为基础,通过计算机模拟,为不同类型的队列测算出需要开设的窗口数,提供排队模式建议,以缩短患者的就诊等待时间。Based on queuing theory and by computer simulation, a queuing model was suggested to provide window numbers of different queue types, which aims to shorten patients＇waiting time in large comprehensive hospitals.
