摘　　要：本文认为,近期,作为企业集团附属金融机构是财务公司发展的战略定位,长期来看,成为企业集团的专业化产业金融机构是财务公司发展的趋势。为充分发挥财务公司对企业集团发展的支持作用,结合现实情况,本文对财务公司发展问题提出相关建议。The article argues that in the short term,finance company should be positioned as affiliated financial organization to corporate group.While in the long term,it is a trend for finance company to develop into specialized industrial financing organization in corporate group.In order to fully exert the support of finance company to corporate group,the article proposes some suggestions on the development of finance company.
