跳高新秀王臣技术诊断分析与发展预测

摘　　要：跳高运动员王臣的身体条件与素质水平、专项技术指标已经接近或达到世界优秀运动员的水平,是一个具有优化条件的跳高人材。通过三维技术录像的方法,对王臣参加比赛的运动学技术指标与国外优秀男子跳高运动员的技术参数进行横向比较,认为王臣在助跑最后一步水平速度慢,摆动腿摆速小,导致垂直速度小,这就要求转变训练理念、提高有效训练的效率,着重解决力量素质及腾起高度利用率,在今后3年～5年专项快速发展期中加以科学训练,未来成绩可达到2.32 m～2.35 m。With his physical condition and fitness advantages, this new high -jumper Wang Chen achieve or almost come to near the international level of excellent high -jumpers as his specific technique indicators as it is concerned. He is now an excellent high - jumper with promising potential. The kinematics comparison, facilitated by the technology of 3 - D filming, was then established between Wang and some international excellent high -jumpers. The analytical result shows that Wang Cben gets a slow vertical flying velocity owing to the low level speed of his last run - up stride and slow swing leg. This problem entails the transfer of training idea in order to improve the training efficiency. This goal would be realized by enhancing strength ability and by further improving the utilization of jumping height. Hopefully, three to five years of scientific training will allow him to achieve the height of 2.32 m to 2.35 m in his crucial specific development.
