摘 要:为了获得膨胀管膨胀后的残余应力分布,应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件模拟膨胀管膨胀过程。膨胀管材料采用双线性随动硬化模型,改变材料的屈服强度,得到了残余应力随屈服强度的变化趋势,为膨胀管材料的选取、过大残余应力的预防和消除等工作提供了依据;改用应变率相关的材料模型,验证了应变率效应对残余应力的影响,对膨胀管材料提出了新的力学性能要求。In order to obtain the distribution of residual stress generated by the expansion process of expandable tube, the finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS - DYNA was used for simulating this process. Bilinear kinenmtic hard- ening model was selected for expandable tube' s material and yield strength of the material was changed, so the various trend of residual stress accompanied by yield strength was achieved. This will provide proof for selecting expandable tube's material, preventing and eliminating excessive residual stress and so on;changed the related material model strain rate, validated the effect of strain rate on residual stress,and new mechanical properties requirements to expand- able tube's material were proposed.
