一株抗真菌的解淀粉芽孢杆菌的鉴定及其抗菌性研究

摘　　要：本实验室从广州地区土壤中分离得到一株产抗真菌物质的菌株HN06。经检测其对黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)、稻瘟病菌(Magnaporthe oryzae)、水稻纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)和苦瓜枯萎病菌(cucurbit wilt)均有良好的抑制作用。经生理生化实验及16S rDNA同源性序列分析,鉴定该菌株为解淀粉芽孢杆菌。并对其产生的抗真菌物质的部分性质进行了研究。A bacterial strain HN06 with anti-fungal effect was isolated from the soil in Guangzhou.This stain showed high inhibitory effects on Aspergillus niger,Magnaporthe oryzae,Rhizoctonia solani and Cucurbit wilt.It was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens by physiological-biochemical properties and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rDNA sequence.And the properties of the antifungal substance produced by HN06 were also studied.
