摘　　要：随着改革开放的深入,我国"三农"问题日渐突出,并且在短期内不会消失。为解决"三农"问题,提供真实、有效而全面的信息是新时期农村统计的基本任务。文章通过分析总结现行农村统计调查体系存在的各种矛盾和问题,分别从制度体系、组织体系和方法体系等三个方面提出建立一套适应我国政府管理体制的农村统计调查体系。依据这一新型的农村统计调查体系,可以全面、及时而有效地搜集并提供关于"三农"问题的调查数据,在未来实际应用与改革过程中出现的新问题,也可以在该体系的整体框架下予以解决。With the deepening of reform and open up,＂agriculture,farmer,and village＂ issues have become increasingly vital in China,and will not disappear in the short term.Nowadays,it is the basic task for rural statistics to provide real,effective and comprehensive information for solving the ＂agriculture,farmer,and village＂ issues.This paper analyzes and summarizes the various contradictions and problems under the current rural survey system,and puts forward some ideas about China＇s rural survey system from the perspectives of institutional system,organizational system and methodology system.The new survey system can collect and provide information comprehensively,timely,and effectively.The new problems arising from the future application and reform can also be settled under the overall framework of this system.
