摘  要:以LiOH.H2O和V2O5为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备层状锂离子电池正极材料LiV3O8。经X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析表征其结构形貌,充放电测试其电化学性能,比较研究柠檬酸、草酸、酒石酸和双氧水4种配体,及金属元素与配体的物质的量比和煅烧温度等对材料性能的影响。结果表明:溶胶-凝胶法可制得晶形较好的LiV3O8,当以酒石酸为配体,金属离子总量与酒石酸的物质的量比为1∶1.5,煅烧温度450℃时,制得LiV3O8的首次放电比容量可达282 mAh.g-1。The layered trivanadate,LiV3O8 was prepared by sol-gel method with LiOH·H2O,V2O5 and several kinds of chelating agents,including citric acid,oxalic acid,tartaric acid and hydrogen peroxide.The structure and morphology of the materials synthesized with different material quantity ratio and at different heat temperature were characterized by XRD and SEM.Their electrochemical behaviors were studied by charge-discharge experiments.The result indicates: a good LiV3O8 crystal is prepared with sol-gel method.The electrochemical properties of LiV3O8 material with tartaric acid agent is best,which the material quantity ratio of total metallic ions to the tartaric acid is 1∶1.5,and is heated at 450℃ with a discharge specific capacity of 282mAh·g-1 in the first cycle.
