中药浴足治疗糖尿病足的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药浴足对糖尿病足的疗效及护理体会。方法回顾分析南京市中医院2008年7月～2009年4月30例糖尿病足患者应用中药浴足疗法,并设20例为对照组,进行疗效观察和总结护理经验。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为75.0%,两组比较P<0.01差异有统计学意义。结论中药浴足对糖尿病足疗效明显,及时有效治疗和中医护理十分重要。ObjectivesObserve the treatment effect of feet bath with traditional Chinese herbs in combination with diabetic foot,and experience of nursing care.Method：Retrospective study and analysis of 30 patients from the tradition Chinese medicine bath feet,from July 2008 to April 2009,in Nanjing Hospital of TCM.They also have 20 patients as comparing group to observe and summarize the curative effect of treatment and experience of nursing care.Results：In treatment group,the total efficiency rate was 93.3%,while the rate was 75% in control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine with diabetic foot has strong treatment effect.Seeking medical intervention timely and nursing care of Chinese medicine are all important.
