摘 要:为了实现微波功分/合成电路低损耗、宽频带和小型化,采用等效电路法,外围探针沿径向等距分布在径向波导内,使用HFSS对结构进行仿真、优化,加工制作了四路、八路功分/合成器各一款,损耗在0.5 dB左右,带宽大于0.5 GHz。此类设计的应用可大幅度减小雷达发射机体积,并提高雷达工作效率。首次导出了径向波导功分/合成电路的简洁等效电路模型,此类设计也是首次投入实际应用。For the sake of realizing efficient, broadband and pint-sized power-dividing/combining circuit, the equivalentcircuit method was used, and the peripheral probes were distributed in the radial waveguide on the radial direction. The design using HFSS was simulated and optimized. The 4-port and the 8-port powerdividing/combining circuits were actualized. The insertion loss is about 0.5 dB and the bandwidth is wider than 0. 5 GHz. The application of this kind of design can decrease the volume of transmitter largely and improve the work efficiency. The simple equivalent-circuit model was deduced for the radial waveguide power dividing/combining circuits. The design was used in project for the first time.
