人乳头状瘤病毒16/18感染与乳腺癌关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)16/18型感染与乳腺癌之间的关系。方法选择2009年5月-2010年9月医院收治的乳腺肿瘤患者86例,全部患者均经常规组织理学切片后,进行HPV16/18 DNA分子原位杂交检测,并对检测结果进行对比分析。结果与乳腺纤维瘤组织和瘤旁正常组织相比,乳腺癌组织中HPV16/18分子原位杂交的阳性率明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与此同时,乳腺癌旁组织中HPV16/18分子原位杂交的阳性率亦明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HPV16/18型感染与乳腺癌之间存在一定的相关性,但对其具体的作用机制还有待于进一步的认识和研究,以期同宫颈癌一样能够确立HPV是主要致病原因,从而为乳腺癌的预防和生物免疫辅助性治疗发挥积极的促进作用。OBJECTIVE To probe of the relationships between HPV16,18 infection and breast cancer.METHODS A total of 86 patients with breast cancer from May 2009 to Sep 2010 were selected,all patients were confirmed by conventional tissue slices of science,the in situ hybridization HPV16/18 DNA was detected,and the results were compared.RESULTS Compared the fibrous tissue and breast tumors and tumor-adjacent normal tissue group with HPV16/18 breast cancer group the positive rate of in situ hybridization was significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.At the same time,breast adjacent tissue in situ hybridization group HPV16/18 positive rate was increased,the differences were also statistically significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONS There is a certain relationship between HPV16/18 infection and breast cancer,but its specific mechanism needs further understanding and research in order to be able to ensure that HPV is the major cause for breast cancer just as cervical cancer,so as to play active role in promoting the prevention of breast cancer and immune adjuvant therapy.
