洁净手术室术间空气细菌密度影响因素的调查

摘　　要：目的了解洁净手术室术间空气细菌密度影响因素,探讨相应的护理对策。方法对5间千级、万级和十万级手术室的45台手术进行动态条件下空气细菌检测,检测方法采用自然沉降法,结果计算后用CFU/m3表示。结果所有手术间的术前空气含菌量均为0～23 CFU/m3,随着手术时间的延续空气细菌数逐渐增加,不同手术持续时间的术后检测:<1 h组为202～778 CFU/m3,1～2 h组为582～1332 CFU/m3,2～3 h组为672～1993 CFU/m3,>3 h组为713～2108 CFU/m3;不同手术人员数的术后检测:≤4人组为202～471 CFU/m3,5～8人组为355～901 CFU/m3,9～12人组为614～1443 CFU/m3,≥13人组为878～2108 CFU/m3;不同术中开门次数的术后检测:≤6次组为202～328 CFU/m3,7～11次组为562～889 CFU/m3,12～16次组为673～1870CFU/m3,≥17次组为882～2108 CFU/m3。结论影响术间空气细菌含量与手术时间长短,室内人员数,以及术间开门的次数有关,为了减缓手术过程空气细菌密度增大趋势,必须加强术间动态条件下的检测和一系列有效的预防措施。OBJECTIVE To investigate the influencing factors of bacteria density in clean operating room environment and discuss the corresponding nursing measures.METHODS Air bacteria density of in 5 operating room（thousand level,ten thousand level,hundred thousand level） under dynamical condition in which 45 operations were undertaken was tested by means of natural precipitation method,and the result was named with CFU/m^3.RESULTS The bacteria density in operating room before the surgery was between 0 to 23 CFU/m^3.The number of bacteria was increased with the operating-time.Postoperative detection to surgery duration showed that,the bacteria density after surgery was 202～778 CFU/m^3;in less than 1 hour group 1 to 2 hours group 582～1332 CFU/m^3;2 to 3 hours group 672～1993 CFU/m^3 and more than 3 hours group 713～2108 CFU/m^3.The postoperative detection to different numbers of surgical stuff showed that less than 4 persons group was 202～471CFU/m^3;5 to 8 persons group was 355～901CFU/m^3;9 to 12 persons group was 614～1443 CFU/m^3;equal or more than 13 persons group was 878～2108 CFU/m^3.The postoperative detection to the frequency of opening operating room′s door showed that equal or less than 6 times group was 202～328 CFU/m^3;7 to 11 group was 562～889 CFU/m^3;12 to 16 group was 673～1870 CFU/m^3;equal or more than 17 group was 882～2108 CFU/m^3.CONCLUSION Bacteria density in clean operating room environment depends on surgery duration.The number of personnel and the frequency of opening door,the detection under dynamic and some effective preventing measures should be enhanced to decrease the upward tendency of bacteria density during surgery.
