摘　　要：目的加强手术室感染控制,预防手术感染发生。方法加强手术室组织管理、环境管理、物品管理,定期进行各项监测,强化各级人员的无菌观念,严格各项感染管理的规章制度,落实科学、有效的感染控制措施。结果医院感染管理工作得到可靠保证,确保了手术质量,有效防范了手术期医院感染。结论手术室感染控制工作是一项系统化的工作,要从组织管理、环境管理、物品管理等多个环节抓起,形成系统化的防控措施。OBJECTIVE To tighten the screws of the operating room infection,to prevent the occurrence of surgery infection.METHODS The management of operating room organization,the environmental management and the goods management were strengthened,each monitoring was carried out regularly,all levels of personnel＇s aseptic idea were intensified.The strict rules and regulations of infection management were carried out scientifically and effectively.RESULTS The nosocomial infection supervisory work obtained the reliable guarantee,the surgery quality had been guaranteed.CONCLUSION The infection control work in operating room is a systematization work,the environmental management and the goods management linked to work should be strengthened to form systematization＇s measures for prevention and control.
