摘　　要：目的研究部队采供血机构预防医院感染工作的管理和具体措施。方法通过走访调查,并结合实际工作情况综合分析部队采供血机构在预防医院感染方面存在问题。结果部分部队采供血机构存在规章制度不健全、防护设施不全、应急处理措施不健全、医疗废弃物处理不当等问题,结合解放军采供血中心在此项工作方面的制度和经验,提出改进建议。结论不断完善和提高采供血机构内部预防医院感染工作的管理,是医疗安全的重要保障。OBJECTIVE To study the administration and detailed measures to prevent nosocomial infections in military organizations for blood collection and supply.METHODS The present possible problems were comprehensively summarized and analyzed through observation and investigation on 5 military organizations for blood collection and supply.RESULTS The problems including imperfect rules and regulations,lack of preventive and protective facility,deficiency of emergency handling methods and incorrectly dealing with the medical trash definitely existed in some organizations.Here some suggestions on solving the problems were proposed by sharing the regulations and experiences in this area.CONCLUSION It is an important safeguard for medical care security that continuously improving and advancing the administration to prevent nosocomial infections inside the organizations for blood collection and supply.
