摘 要:目的探讨胆石6号浓缩液及其改良处方的体外抑菌作用,借此寻找出对抑制胆道感染常见细菌的最佳处方。方法采用琼脂扩散法对25种中药进行体外抑菌初筛试验,筛选出对大肠埃希菌、肠球菌属、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌有明显抑制作用且符合胆石6号浓缩液组方的中药,然后对原处方进行改良,最后采用肉汤稀释法测定细菌的MIC。结果胆石6号浓缩液及其4种改良处方中,改良3号方抑菌效果最好,其对大肠埃希菌、肠球菌属、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC50分别为62.5、15.6、62.5、7.8 mg/ml,MIC90分别为125.0、31.3、125.03、1.3 mg/ml,其余依次为改良4、2、1号方和原处方。结论改良胆石6号浓缩液对胆道常见感染细菌抑菌效果均优于原处方,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改良处方中,抑制胆道感染常见细菌的最佳处方是改良3号方。OBJECTIVE To explore the bacteriostatic action and its improved prescription in vitro,so as to provide the best prescription for the infection in biliary system.METHODS The agar diffusion method was used to select those that have the vitro inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli,Enterococcus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus in accordance with the prescription of the compound Dahuang oral liquid from 25 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine,then the original compound Dahuang oral liquid was improved to four different versions,and finally micro inhibitory concentration of bacteria was detected by broth dilution method.RESULTS Among the compound Dahuang oral liquid and all the four improved versions,the one which had the best inhibitive effects was the version No.3,MIC50 of that E.coli,Enterococcus,P.aeruginosa,S.aureus were 62.5,15.6,62.5,7.8 mg·ml^-1,and MIC90 of E.coli,Enterococcus,P.aeruginosa,S.aureus were 125.0,31.3,125.0 and 31.3 mg·ml^-1,respectively.Other versions listed in order of effects were No.4,No.2,No.1 and the original.CONCLUSION The improved prescriptions of compound Dahuang oral liquid are better than the original in inhibitory effects,and the differences between them are statistically significant(P〈0.05),And No.3 is most effective in the inhibition of biliary tract infection.
