摘  要:针对挖掘机发动机连杆螺栓出现的早期疲劳断裂现象,建立了连杆螺栓的有限元模型,利用有限元方法进行了疲劳寿命分析,并与疲劳试验进行了对比结果表明:该连杆螺栓杆部与头部的过渡圆弧处容易产生应力集中,造成疲劳断裂为此提出了局部滚压的改进方法,经有限元分析。Aimed at the earlier fatigue failure phenomenon of the connecting rod bolt in the engine of excava tor, the finite element model of connecting rod bolt is built. The analysis of fatigue life is carried out with finite element method and compared with the fatigue tests. The results show that the arc transition area between the rod and head is prone to stress concentration which causes the fatigue failure. Therefore an improvement mea sure based on local rolling is put rod bolt by finite element analys forward, which is proved to be effective in improving fatigue life of connecting s.
