摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法建立了珙桐的指纹图谱,色谱柱:Agilent TC-C18色谱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-0.02%磷酸水溶液(30:70),流动相流速1mL.min-1,检测波长360nm,柱温25℃,进样量10μL,外标法定量。对4个不同产地的珙桐叶子进行了检测,并应用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件"生成了共有模式色谱图,共有9个色谱峰,各色谱峰分离状况良好。精密度、重复性和稳定性实验中各共有峰相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD均小于0.60%,符合指纹图谱要求。该方法简便、可靠、精密度、稳定性和重复性良好。The fingerprint spectroscopy of Davidia involucrata Baill was established by HPLC.The experiment conditions were follows:TC-C18 column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),acetonitrile-0.02% phosphate buffer(30:70) as mobile phase with flow rate of 1mL.min-1,the column temperature of 25℃,injection volumn of 10μL,the detection wavelength of 360nm and additional standard quantitative determination.The four samples of Davidia involucrate Baill that were collected from different areas were detected,and the standard fingerprint spectroscopy of Davidia involucrata Baill was originated from the "Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation" software,while 9 common peaks existed in the fingerprint and each peak was separated well.The RSD of relative retention time and relative peak area were less than 0.60% in the precision,repeatability and stability experiments,that met the need of fingerprint spectroscopy.This method is sample,reliable,accurate and precision,while repeatability and stability are good.
