山东省农村金融服务的调查与思考

摘　　要：农村金融是现代农村经济的核心,在支持现代农业发展与新农村建设中发挥着举足轻重的作用。"十一五"期间,农村金融机构改革政策集中出台,各种新型金融组织机构蓬勃发展,为我国金融市场注入了生机与活力。在"十二五"开局之际,统筹城乡发展与新农村建设对农村金融服务提出了更高要求。文章基于对山东省农村金融发展状况的调查,对政策性、商业性、合作性金融服务主体,新型农村金融机构(组织)支农功能发挥的基本现状、存在的主要问题等进行了深入分析,并对新时期农村金融服务体系的改革与发展提出了若干政策性建议。Rural finance is core of modern rural economy,which has great effect on modern agriculture and new rural communities construction.Reform policy of rural financial organization collectively introduced,new types of rural financial institutions developed vigorously during 'the eleventh five-year plan',which furnished life and vigor to Chinese financial market.At beginning of 'the twelfth five-year plan',balancing of urban and rural development and building a new socialist countryside put forward higher requirements for rural financial service.This article made deep analysis of policy-oriented,commercial and cooperationve rural financial organization,new types of rural financial institutions' function,major problems based on investigation of rural financial aid-agriculture's survey,and gave some policy recommendations for the reform and development of new era rural financial service system at last.
