摘　　要：中心实验室大型细胞分析仪器作为学校大型共享设备,为学校教学科研、为充分发挥贵重仪器设备效能和提高仪器使用寿命及质量,更好地提供了测试技术服务支持,同时更好地服务于社会。＂Laser scanning confocal microscope technique＂ is an advanced subject that develops rapid in biomedicine. To help medical postgraduates learn the theory and technique, this course concludes the teaching and scientific research, theory and practice. Confocal microscope and other microscope should be combined together in the teaching process. We emphasize specially cultivation of operating skill and participation awareness. The results demonstrate that teaching methods are very helpful in enhancing the quality of teaching and comprehension in research of postgraduates.
