摘　　要：目的建立武汉地区缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)的参考区间。方法 1016名健康体检者来自武汉大学医学院附属湖北省人民医院、华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院、华中科技大学同济医学院附属梨园医院和武汉市第一医院。测定所有体检者的IMA、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、血清白蛋白(Alb)、血清葡萄糖(Glu)、肌酐(Cr)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和心电图(ECG),排除Alb、ALT、Glu、Cr、TG、TC和ECG异常者后,计算并删除IMA的离群值,统计剩余的911名健康体检者的IMA检测结果。按性别、年龄分组计算参考区间。结果男性、女性IMA水平间差异无统计学意义,<30岁人群的IMA参考区间为≥67.0 U/mL,≥30岁人群的IMA参考区间为≥64.4 U/mL,参考区间的差异是由Alb浓度的差异导致的。结论 IMA参考区间的规范建立对IMA检测结果解释及临床应用有重要价值。Objective To establish the ischemia-modified albumin（IMA） reference interval in Wuhan.Methods 1 016 healthy physical examination subjects were enrolled from the Hubei General Hospital affiliated to Wuhan University Medical College,Tongji Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Liyuan Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Wuhan First Hospital.Serum IMA,alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,albumin（Alb）,glucose（Glu）,creatinine（Cr）,triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC） and the electrocardiograms（ECG） of 1 016 healthy physical examination subjects were determined.The subjects with any abnormal result of Alb,ALT,Glu,Cr,TG,TC and ECG were excluded.The outliers were removed,and the remaining IMA results of healthy subjects（911 cases） were analyzed by statistical method.The reference interval was calculated according to sex and age respectively.Results There was no significant difference between male and female on IMA.The IMA reference intervals of the healthy subjects younger than 30 years old and elder than 30 years old were ≥67.0 U/mL and ≥64.4 U/mL respectively.The differences of reference interval were caused by different Alb levels.Conclusions The IMA reference interval established by several hospitals is valuable to the interpretation and clinical application of IMA.
