摘  要:目的:比较计算机X线摄影(CR)与传统X线摄影两者在重症新生儿胸部床片摄影中的应用价值,保证CR的图像质量,提高新生儿胸部床边摄片优质片比例。并与传统X线新生儿床片摄影的对比。方法:回顾性分析我院重症新生儿CR床片胸片和常规床片胸片各500张年龄0-28天的婴幼儿,经集体读片将其评估分为Ⅰ~Ⅳ级,提出优质片评估标准。结果:CR胸片:Ⅰ级片(优)470张、Ⅱ级片(良)20张、Ⅲ级片(差)6张、Ⅳ级片(废)4张,常规胸片:Ⅰ级片(优)238张、Ⅱ级片(良)206张、Ⅲ级片(差)32张、Ⅳ级片(废)24张,统计学比较X2=77.45,p〈0.01,差别显著。曝光剂量约降低一半。经CR系统后处理调节后与屏/胶片系统进行对照。结论:CR系统在婴幼儿胸部摄影中的应用实现了影像数字化,降低了X线照射剂量,提高了影像质量,基本消除了废片,为临床提供了良好的影像诊断依据。Objective To compare the application value between CR and conventional radiography in the emergency newborn bedside chest radiographs,and to improve the CR image quality,in order to promote the rate of high quality image.Methods 500 cases of CR chest film and conventional radiography respective with the emergency newborn aged 0-28d bedside chest radiographys were analyzed retrospectively.Each cases were divided to Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ grades and proposed standards to evaluate high quality film.Results The grade Ⅰ(excellent),grade Ⅱ(good),grade Ⅲ(bad)and grade Ⅳ(junk) films were respectively 470,20,6 and 4 pieces of the CR chest radiograph and 238,206,32 and 24 pieces of the conventional chest radiographs.It is significant statistics differences between CR chest radiographs and conventional chest radiography(X2=77.45,p0.01) and the X-ray exposure dose reduced by 50 percent.Conclusion The application of the CR system in the newborn bedside chest radiography achieved image digital,reduced X-ray exposure dose and improved image quality.And it almost eliminated junk film,so it can provide good image basic to clinical practive.
