摘　　要：在建立泥饼物理模型的基础上,利用泥饼强度测试仪测定单位厚度的泥饼被水流冲破的时间来定量评价泥饼强度。用此方法研究了泥饼强度与黏土类型和加量、泥饼渗透性间的关系,评价了几种钻井液的泥饼强度。结果表明,该仪器可靠性强、操作简单,能准确评价各种钻井液的泥饼强度。This paper puts forward a mud cake intensive test apparatus for mud cake intensive test based on the physical model of mud cake,measures the unit time that fluid flow taking to breach mud cake to determine the mud cake intensive.The relation of mud cake intensive,clay types,contents and permeability of mud cake is also studied in the same way.The application shows that mud cake intensive test apparatus can evaluate the mud cake intensive accurately.
